All transactions are processed securely. We do not store full payment details.

4. Order Cancellation Prior to Dispatch

Prior to the dispatch of an order, we reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order, including orders that have been accepted, at our discretion and without liability to you in the following circumstances:

  • The requested goods are unavailable.
  • There is an error in pricing or product description on our website or any affiliated sales platform.
  • The shipping fee selected at checkout does not accurately reflect the delivery address.

Where an order is cancelled under this clause, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. You will not be charged for any cancelled order where cancellation occurs prior to dispatch, provided you are not in breach of these Terms.

All decisions made under this clause are final and exercised at our sole discretion. We are not obliged to enter into correspondence regarding such decisions.

5. Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items

Certain pieces may be made-to-order or available for pre-order.

Please note:

  • Production timelines are estimates only.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • Made-to-order and pre-order items are generally non-refundable unless faulty.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 5–15 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

These timeframes are provided as a guide only. While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. We are not liable for delays, losses, or disruptions incurred in transit.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect or amend orders once they have been processed.

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
